Player City Revamp: (This is an initial pass of the player city revamp and additional improvements will come in a future release)

City Ranks (increase in citizens is roughly additive of previous ranks to prevent guilds from holding an excessive amount of cities). These values are subject to change based on server population and city congestion.

Rank 2: 12 Citizens (+2)
Rank 3: 18 Citizens (+3)
Rank 4: 36 Citizens (+6)
Rank 5: 50 Citizens (+10)
Rank 6: 100 Citizens
City Radius (per rank)
Rank 1: 150m
Rank 2: 200m
Rank 3: 300m
Rank 4: 400m

Rank 6: 600m
Minimum distance between City Halls has been increased to 1.6 KM to help spread out shuttleports and accommodate future updates regarding the future addition of Rank Six cities.
Player City Zoning
Zoning Rights has been renamed to Civic Zoning Rights and Duration will be reduced to 60 minutes from 24 hours
Storyteller Zoning Rights will remain as they are at 24 hours.
New Option - Commercial Zoning Rights - allows the player to place industrial structures i.e: Factories/Harvesters only for 6 hours
The number of supported Civic structures (Mainly impacting Gardens until further updates) per city rank will change to the following:
Rank 1 - 20
Rank 2 - 30
Rank 3 - 40
Rank 4 - 50
Rank 5 - 60
Rank 6 - 70
The default amount of decorations (Street lamps, Terminals, etc.) supported by a city at each rank will be increased and change to the following:
Rank 1: 30 = 30
Rank 2: 30 = 60*
Rank 3: 30 = 90*
Rank 4: 30 = 120*
Rank 5: 30 = 150*
Rank 6: 30 = 180*
