Server Guidelines
The following guidelines are the basic rules of conduct that govern player interaction and activity and are strictly forbidden within any SWG: Evolve platform. Failure to act responsibly and comply with these rules will result in disciplinary action, which may include account termination and refusal of service.
Discipline: Anyone violating our conduct policies will be dealt with quickly and directly. This is not a democracy, you don't get to talk to a lawyer or make a phone call. Our rules are clear and broad, but fundamentally, if you act maturely, you should not have a problem fitting in here. We are not paid to teach you how to tell right from wrong, so if you don't already know the difference you will be removed. End of discussion.
Exploiting Game Mechanics: We do not condone exploiting of any kind. There will be zero tolerance for the use of hacks, exploits, glitches or cheats. The word of the developers is law. If you are caught cheating, there will be no judge or jury, you will be removed.
General Conduct: Outside of the PvP Channel, We do not condone trash talking or general asshattery. Let your actions in the game speak for you. We expect everyone in this discord to act as adults. We have a zero tolerance attitude for drama and people who cause drama, and we won't hesitate to remove good players who aren't a good fit for our community.
Some Factional-Based trash talk is acceptable in the PvP Channel as long you do your best to avoid personal attacks on someone.
AFK Policy
The AFK Policy for SWG: Evolve is a set of rules designed to ensure an equitable and enjoyable gaming experience for both ATK as well as AFK play. These guidelines may change at the discretion of Staff to best serve the community and are enforced by Community Support Representatives. The AFK Policy complements the Terms of Service, and violations can result in account cancellation, in line with the Terms of Service and Infraction Guidelines.
Combat and Farming AFK guidelines
Breaching the Combat and Farming AFK will result in the following repercussions:

The SWG: Evolve Harassment Policy is in place to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for our community. When things go too far it kills player morale, breeds toxicity and creates an environment that players do not enjoy logging into.
As a server with a healthy PvP environment you can expect some level of factional rivalries and trash talk, which is fine in appropriate places. However the following is prohibited both in-game and on discord.
Private Guild Discords
This should go without saying, but you should never screenshot, screenshare or have "spies" in other guilds private discords. These are private safe havens for guilds to blow off steam and communicate among themselves. Having a place to vent frustrations helps keep drama from stirring in game and on the official discord.
The act of sharing screenshots or worse having someone do this for you only serves to further incite drama and will not be tolerated, these acts always do more harm than good.
Reporting
You can report harassment by reaching out to a member of our CSR Team or opening a ticket. Frivolous Reports that absorb the limited capacity of the staff will not be tolerated. Evolve Staff donate their time to working on this server and providing an enjoyable environment for our community, please don't waste our time.
Termination of Services and Accounts
Account Termination For Any Reason
SWG: Evolve may terminate service, at any time, for any reason, with or without any notice, of any kind, whatsoever.
SWG: Evolve may also terminate your Account and access to any and all related entitlements, for violation of these, Terms of Service, breaking the Rules of Conduct, illegal or improper use of your account, or illegal and improper use of any SWG: Evolve Services, products, or intellectual property.
SWG: Evolve may issue a warning, or immediately terminate, any and all accounts that you may have established. You acknowledge that SWG: Evolve is not required to provide any notice, before terminating said account(s). If, SWG: Evolve, does, terminate your account, you may not participate in any and all SWG: Evolve Services without expressed permission. SWG: Evolve reserves the right to refuse to provide accounts for, and provide SWG: Evolve Services to, any and all individuals.
If Your Account Is Terminated
If your account, or a particular subscription for a SWG: Evolve Service associated with your account, is terminated, you will have no further access to your account or entitlements associated with your account or the particular SWG: Evolve Service.

- Use proper channels for topics.
- No obscene or vulgar communications
- No attacks on staff members
- No Transfer of Real Life Currency for In-game Items/Accounts/Credits
- No use of third party programs

AFK Policy
The AFK Policy for SWG: Evolve is a set of rules designed to ensure an equitable and enjoyable gaming experience for both ATK as well as AFK play. Combat and Farming AFK guidelines
- All Combat AFK Farming and Grinding groups must run an invite/join macro, enabling players to join regardless of their location. This requirement applies to quest areas as well. Each AFK group is responsible for running an AFK invite macro.
- The following areas/activities are prohibited for Farming/Grinding AFK;
- Death Watch Bunker (DWB)
- Additionally, players are prohibited from having support from AFK toons while in the DWB. This includes but is not limited to buff bots, Squad Leader group bonuses, Commando position secured, etc.
- Named NPCs that are needed for quest completion (Storm Lord, etc.)
- Legacy Quest Spawns
Breaching the Combat and Farming AFK will result in the following repercussions:
- Initial offense: A warning and expulsion from the location.
- Second violation: 24-hour confinement within the Sarlacc pit.
- Repeat violations: 72-hour confinement in the Sarlacc pit along with potential account actions.
Attempts to circumvent the AFK policy will result in actions taken by the SWG: Evolve Staff.
AFK Spatial Chat and Advertisements Guidelines:
- Advertising Frequency: Players can advertise in spatial chat once every 60 seconds with an active AFK tag. This allows for advertising while enabling others to avoid excessive spam in their chat box.
- Ad Barking Droids: Ad Barking Droids that spam chat more frequently than once per 60 seconds will be removed from the area. They cannot be "ignored."
Consequences for Violating AFK Spatial Chat Policy:
- First Offense: A warning and a temporary squelch. The temporary squelch will be lifted after discussing the issue with a CSR.
- Second Offense: A 24-hour squelch.
- Repeat Offenses: Result in a 24-hour squelch, a trip to the Sarlacc, and possible account action.
Please also be respectful in player cities and other gathering areas.
Multi Account Policy
- Multiple Accounts are NOT allowed.
- Multi-player households will need approval.
- Unauthorized Multiple Accounts will be banned.
- People caught lying and abusing the multi-player household policy will be banned.
Fight Clubbing Policy
- Do not allow yourself to be killed intentionally
- Do not "trade wins" with friends, guild or alts
- Do not clear your own bounties (friends, guild or alts) (This reduces content for actual Bounty Hunters)
- Do not camp outside (or inside) clone centers and prevent players from leaving the area
