    Block AoE vs Evasion AoE

    I see after the 4-12-24 update that we now have Block applying to AoE. In short does it have same degree of defense as Evasion AoE? Since now we no longer get Evasion through TKM or in any of the Melee trees, only Commando and Grenadier appears to get AoE Evasion. Any thoughts?

    I meet the requirements but unable to spec into Master Artisan. Requirements listed 20 points in Artisan, and 4 Points in Engineering I : Tinkering I have these prerequisites.
