I was just able to tame a lvl 141 Blurrg Raptor? Is this an error or indented?

The CH portion of Evolve is not the same as on live. We have made an attempt to make it similar, but the system and mechanics of it don't really exist on baseline NGE (which we are based off of). Things like difficulty level and HAM stats obviously don't apply here
